Ingredients

2 cups oats old fashioned or quick
1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs beaten
2 cups milk
1/2 cup margarine melted
1 x preserves strawberry, or grape jelly, heated

Directions

Combine dry ingredients.

Add eggs, milk and margarine; mix well.

For each pancake pour 1/2 cup batter into hot, greased griddle.

Cook over medium heat until bubbles form or surface.

Turn; brown on other side.

Spread with preserves.
