Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons margarine unsalted
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons lime zest
1 tablespoon key lime juice
2/3 cup buttermilk

Directions

Combine ingredients to make a batter.

Once batter is made, put into a pan and put in a preheated oven.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Invert, and cool.
