Ingredients

10 large eggs
1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons butter
1 pint cottage cheese small curd
1 teaspoon baking powder
16 ounces monterey jack cheese shredded
2 cups green chili peppers chopped
1 pound ham sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Melt butter.

Chop ham.

Beat eggs until light-lemon-colored.

Add flour and remaining ingredients.

Pour into well-greased casserole dish.

Bake 40 minutes, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
