| 8 | ounces | cream cheese | soft |
| 1/4 | cup | margarine | or butter, soft |
| 1 | each | garlic clove | minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | parsley leaves | snipped |
| 1 | tablespoon | water | |
| 2 | teaspoons | white wine vinegar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | herbs | crushed |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | seasoning salt | |
| 1 | x | thyme | fresh |
| 1 | x | crackers | assorted |
In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, margarine or butter, garlic, parsley, water, vinegar, Worchestershire sauce, herbs and seasoning salt.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
To serve, garnish with fresh thyme, if desired.
Serve with crackers.
