2 tablespoons peanuts chopped
3rd sandwich
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese grated
4th sandwich
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup raisins, seedless
2 tablespoons milk, skim, (non fat) powder
5th sandwich
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 each banana mashed
2 tablespoons milk, skim, (non fat) powder non-fat
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6th sandwich
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
8-10 slices cucumber
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
7th sandwich
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons raisins, seedless
1/4 cup apple chopped
8th sandwich
8 ounces tofu mashed
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 each banana
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

These spreads are best cold.

They make good fillings for taking to work or school.
