Four-ingredient brownies made with graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and walnuts. No eggs, no butter, just mix and bake.

35 minThese brownies are almost absurdly simple: four ingredients, one bowl, and under 30 minutes in the oven. Graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts get stirred together and baked into dense, fudgy bars.
There are no eggs and no butter in this recipe. The sweetened condensed milk does all the binding and sweetening, creating an almost candy-like texture that’s chewy and rich. The graham cracker crumbs give the bars structure while the chocolate chips melt into gooey pockets throughout.
Mix everything in one bowl until combined and spread into a greased 9×13 pan. That’s genuinely all the prep. Seven minutes of work.
Cut them into squares while still warm. They firm up as they cool and become harder to slice cleanly once they’re at room temperature.
Kitchen Tips
- Use a Pyrex dish and reduce baking time by a few minutes since glass holds more heat
- Press the batter firmly into the pan for denser, more uniform bars
- Don’t overbake or they’ll dry out, pull them when the edges are set but the center still looks slightly soft
Variations
- Add shredded coconut for a magic bar-style version
- Use peanut butter chips or butterscotch chips instead of chocolate
- Swap walnuts for pecans or leave nuts out entirely for a nut-free version
Ingredients
Directions
Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased 9×13 inch pan at 350℉ (180℃) F for 28 min.
If you use a Pyrex dish, bake brownies some minutes less.
Cut into squares while warm.
