| 1 1/4 | cups | graham cracker crumbs | |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1/2 | cup | margarine | or butter, melted |
| 16 | ounces | cream cheese | softened |
| 1 | can | milk, sweetened condensed | creamy chocolate |
| 3 | large | eggs | |
| 3 | tablespoons | cornstarch |
Preheat oven to 300F.
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press firmly on bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
Add eggs and cornstarch; mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 55 minutes or until center is set.
Cool, chill.
Refrigerate leftovers.

very easy and very yummy - better if you use finely chopped coconut like used in the UK and Austrialia
