Ingredients

1 pound crab meat
1 medium onion chopped
1 large celery stalk chopped
1 each garlic clove finely chopped
1/4 cup margarine or butter,
6 cups tomatoes, canned whole
10 ounces okra frozen
1 each bay leaf
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon thyme whole
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups rice cooked, hot

Directions

Remove all cartilage from crab meat.

In a 4 or 5 quart pot, cook onion, celery and garlic in butter or margarine until tender.

Add tomatoes, okra and seasonings.

Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add crab meat and heat through.

Serve over hot cooked rice.

Nancy's Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken Or Pork

Tried this on pork chops prior to grilling on our gas grill. It was very easy and the chops came out great. I also think that according to individual tastes you can vary the amount of the ingredients and probably not go wrong. I added a splash of white wine to the marinade, reduced the honey, and increased the garlic.
