Ingredients

1/4 cup popcorn, unpopped
1 tablespoon corn oil
1 package butter beans mix, dry
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/4 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

To prepare popcorn, place oil and unpopped corn kernels in popcorn popper.

Cover and pop according to manufacturer's directions.

Remove popped corn from heat.

If using a heavy saucepan or skillet, heat, covered, over medium heat.

Shake while corn is popping. If using hot-air popcorn popper, spray popped corn lightly with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine warm popcorn with the remaining ingredients in large bowl, toss to mix.

Portobello Mushrooms and Pasta

This was excellent - I had to add in a few button mushrooms because I didn't have enough portobello's but I don't think it altered the flavor too much. My whole family (including my 3 year old) loved it. I served it over spaghetti that I had whipped up earlier in my pasta machine. It was a very quick and easy dish to prepare that would easily be worthy of company...bravo!
