| 2 | large | eggs | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | milk | scalded |
| 1/2 | cup | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 4 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt |
Add milk and butter to crumbs and soak until crumbs are soft.
Add well beaten eggs, then flour, salt, and baking powder.
Cook same as other griddle cakes.

Turmeric is what gives curry it's brilliant colour. Now it may be protecting children against leukemia......
This is my favorite! I use angel hair instead of penne and also add 1/4 cup of red wine in addition to the white wine.
