| 1 | tablespoon | basil | |
| 1 | x | garlic salt | |
| 1 | x | onion powder | |

Just add the above ingredients along with all the other dry ingredients and proceed as above. These are a nice change of pace from Italian or garlic bread. Or cut with smaller cutter and serve as appetizer (don't forget to reduce baking time if smaller).

General:Anise Seed is a gray-brown oval seed from Pimpinella anisum, a plant in the parsley family. It is related to caraway, dill, cumin, and fennel....
Not bad at all....but the real tortilla española is not baked in oven....sorry just use the pan...and turn the "tortilla" in order to cook it for both sides
