Ingredients

3 each bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup margarine melted
1 cup flour, all-purpose
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 tablespoons buttermilk
1/4 cup walnuts chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spray 12-muffin tin with no-stick cooking spray. Mash bananas in a medium mixing bowl. Add sugar, brown sugar and eggs. Mix well. Add butter. Stir in flour, whole wheat flour and soda. Add buttermilk and walnuts. Mix until just moistened.

Spoon into muffin tin. Bake until muffins are brown and done, about 20 minutes.

French Rabbit Stew

The recipe as I made it was delicious... but after "Add the broth and wine... I had to improvise, when to add the onions, mushrooms and bacon... also I sprinkled the meat with the white flower before browning and added a little paprika and some more flower with a little cream to thicken the sauce when it was cool enough so the cream would not curdle. Served it over fluffy white rice and added baby green beans... delicious!
