| 8 | ounces | sausages, brown and serve | |
| 1 | cup | biscuit baking mix (bisquick) | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | cinnamon | ground |
| 1/2 | cup | milk | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1/2 | cup | apple | pared, chopped |
| 1 | x | maple syrup |
Heat oven 450 degrees F.
Grease 8x8x2 inch baking dish. Brown sausages as directed on package.
Beat Bisquick, cinnamon, milk and egg with hand beater until smooth.
Stir in apple.
Pour in dish, arrange sausages on top. Bake until light brown, 20 - 25 min.
Serve with syrup.

This recipe is very close and almost as good as what is served at a local resturant here called Richard's. I'll make it again sometime.
