Black Bean Tahini Hummus recipe
This decadent brownie recipe was recently clipped from my local newspaper.
This is not your classic bundt cake that's packed with not-so-good-for-you ingredients. The cake is made with 100% whole wheat flour, grapeseed oil, Greek yogurt, low-fat cream cheese, and fresh raspberries. The ganache doesn't have any butter or cream, it contains cocoa powder, honey, grapeseed oil and Greek yogurt. Super chocolaty, fudgy, moist and packed with goodness.
Miso and sesame paste made a delicious base for the stew. Soba noodles and tofu absorbed all the yumminess. Carrots, corn and peas added beautiful color to the stew. Tatsoi could be easily replaced by spinach, kale or Swiss chard. A wholesome and filling Asian style stew.
This version of the garlicky roasted eggplant dip does not have tahini in it as with a traditional version. While I really like an "authentic" baba ghanoush, I also enjoy the commercial Sabra brand, which uses mayo and some spices. It is slightly sweet and has a little kick. This is my rendition.
