What more I can say other than quick, easy and tasty! Nothing was complicated to prepare, and it's so easy to put everything together. It tasted delicious. I added a bit dijon mustard, omitted the anchovy paste that we didn't have. I made a mistake on cooking the chicken, I chopped it up into pieces, then cooked in the pan, which made the chicken a bit dry. But Sean said it still tasted great, and he had enough water at that day, so the dry chicken wasn't a big deal. Of course he was just trying to make me feel not too bad :D The flavor and the texture overall were both awesome!
