Nice salad, it is a great side dish.
Light, refreshing and very tasty dish.
We make this pasta salad all the time. It's loaded with the delicious flavors. Sometimes we add some steamed broccoli florets or asparagus, or a few freshly sliced mushrooms.
This salad is absolutely delicious, I used cilantro instead of parsley, marinated for about 4 hours, the salad was so refreshing and tasty, definitely will make it again.

Simple and basic
Very moist and fluffy inside, golden brown outside; sour cream added the extra moist and tangy flavor, I used 3/4 cup of brown sugar, and I thought it was the right sweetness. If you have some ripe bananas on hand or you love banana bread, I will definitely recommend this recipe.
In Italian, “crostini” means “little toasts.” Crostini are made by slicing a French or Italian bread stick or baguette. Then rubbing with garlic and olive oil and toasting or grilling until crisp. The crostini may be drizzled with olive oil and salt and served plain, or they may be dressed with a variety of toppings and popped into the oven or broiler until warm.
If you can't find orange cake mix, use white or golden---just use orange juice in place of the water when preparing the mix, and add 1 tsp. of orange extract/flavoring. To the topping I also add 3/4 tsp. each of vanilla and orange extract. Garnish, if desired, with Mandarin orange segments.
