It's hard to resist any kind of cookies, such as these ones. They were buttery and delicious. Cranberries added some delicious sourness and sweetness, which perfectly balanced with the oatmeal cookies. Next time I may add some walnuts or even chocolate chips to give it a new twist.
The muffins came out super moist, soft in the inside, and golden-brown on the outside, they looked so inviting. Chunks of pink rhubarb and yellow apricots were in every bite. Great for breakfast, snack or any time during the day.
Next time make your own sauerkraut instead of store-bought, it's so easy to make, and there is no comparison between this two versions. Homemade one tastes a lot better, I just made my second bunch. I finished the first bunch within 3 days :-)

Creamy, rich and so flavorful. Didn't have pimento, used fresh sweet red pepper instead, nothing was sophisticated during the preparation, but the flavor was so impressive!
