Love this mediterranean style pasta salad! Marinated artichoke hearts, olives, and feta cheese were a delicious combination. The cherry tomatoes and broccoli add the fresh taste, sometimes we add several strips of roasted bell pepper, or freshly sliced mushrooms, or a few coarsely chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
This recipe is my glorified version of a Polish "kapusta," made hearty with the addition of country-style pork ribs, mushroooms and bacon. Traditionally, it is served with "kluski (potato dumplings)" or egg noodles and rye bread.
The English muffin flavor of the bread was spot on and the texture wasn't too bad as it still had some nooks and crannies. Amazing, considering it was such a flat loaf. I will most definitely be making another attempt at this, but only when I'm completely alone in my kitchen. I'm sure my next try will be totally successful. Thank you, for this wonderful recipe.

The delicious crumb topping makes these muffins taste like miniature coffee cakes. Good at tea time and also for brunch. Cool at least 1 hour before serving.

This Mexican style enchilada casserole is loaded with flavor. Sauteed vegetables, spices and cheese make this casserole absolutely cheesy and delicious.
I omitted the parsley and scallions (had none) and used chopped onion instead. I also added some red pepper flakes for some heat. I treated this as a marinade for my boneless, skinless breasts, which cut cut into strips and marinated overnight. I skewered the strips and grilled for 5-6 min. per side. Excellent flavor.
Strong flavors from both beer and cheddar cheese, if you love both beer and cheddar cheese, you will absolutely love this bread. It's also so easy to make, needless to say it disappears very fast, so make sure to bake enough loaves.

This pull-apart bread is made with cheddar cheese, beer, mustard, hot pepper sauce and horseradish. It's cheesy, moist and packed with deliciousness.
An easy and great tasting way to use up any leftover stuffing from that Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey.
We loved it and used it in the Turkey Lasagna recipe.
