This fresh strawberry tart is a winner at any occasion, the fresh strawberries are arranged on top of the creamy and citrus mascarpone cheese that is spread in the buttery and flakey baked shell, after that, we have a port glaze over the strawberries. Give your palate a super luxury enjoyment.

A delicious and tasty pot pie is made with lots of vegetables and tofu that are simmered in the broth. The cracker-like crust adds some great texture and extra deliciousness.

Wow, delicious. This cake came out wonderful, really loved the apple-cranberry topping that was so fruity and juicy. I used 3/4 cup whole wheat flour and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour to make it a bit healthier, and the cake was buttery and fluffy. It didn't last long at our place with just two of us.

Warm applesauce is a delicious filling for these nutty 12-grain crepes and also packed with goodness.
