Lots of great flavours in these twice baked potatoes. Really enjoyed the taste of this flavour combination. The black olives and green chills added more depth, and the cream and cheese enhanced the overall texture and flavour. I might add a bit sun-dried tomatoes next time to give it a Mediterranean take-on.

This soup is great, hot or even cold. Creamy and delicious, even better topped with some cheddar cheese! A great way to use up broccoli stems and save the florets for another use.

This delicious leek and potato soup is such a tasty and nutritious winter soup recipe. We love making soup in the slow cooker as it so easy to do and there’s nothing better than having your dinner ready and waiting for you when you get home from work. To give this recipe a delicious crunch, we’ve also topped it with hazelnuts (which make a fantastic healthy alternative to croutons, and they taste great too).

Cooked and cubed potato is mixed with fresh arugula and tossed with garlic vinaigrette!

Delicate, spring soup which is my rendition of the traditional Silesian soup called oberiba. Both recipes differ a lot, so this one shouldn't be named as Silesians did.

Wow, the chicken came out so moist and juicy. Roasting the chicken breast-side down at first really made a huge difference, which insured the juicy breasts. The honey glaze was an excellent addition to the chicken. We served it with mashed potato and honey-glazed carrots. A satisfying and delicious meal.

A delicious and tasty pot pie is made with lots of vegetables and tofu that are simmered in the broth. The cracker-like crust adds some great texture and extra deliciousness.

Wow, the pot roast came out so flavourful and the gravy was also very tasty. We thinly sliced the leftover, used in sandwiches and wraps. Bravo!
