A make-ahead beef roast with a caper sauce. Thinly sliced and arranged on a plate or cubed and served as an appetizer.

A triangular filled pastry, traditionally eaten during the Jewish Holiday of Purim.

I got this recipe out of McCall’s magazine about 35 – 40 yrs ago from the pages of the McCall’s Cooking School and have made it a number of times since.
