Chocolate chips make everything taste better :) Made some whole wheat pumpkin pancakes incorporated in some semi-sweet chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds for breakfast. Needless to say, they turned out delicious, and chunks of melting chocolate and nutty seeds could be found in every bite.

You will be hooked by this delicious and soufflé-like potato salami cake. Its airy and creamy texture is to die for. Salami adds a layer of deliciousness.

A delicious cake. I used half whole wheat flour and half white flour, otherwise followed the recipe. It came out great, and not too sweet. Perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. We did have it for breakfast :)

We have been making several ice cream this summer, this chocolate hazelnut ice cream tastes heavenly delicious. Creamy, nutty and vanilla-y, you can find chunks of chocolate in every bite.

About half of the beans I used were chili beans. And I used a Guinness beer. I (roughly) seeded the jalapenos and this was surprisingly still spicy. A cheap cut of beef works quite well; the beef chunks get so tender and this is an overall delicious dish. I froze half of it.
