These delicious slow cooked fajitas are perfect for an evening with friends. We’ve used gram flour to make the tortillas which is sometimes referred to as chickpea flour and makes a tasty, healthy and gluten free alternative to your typical tortillas. You could also use buckwheat flour. When making the tortillas it’s important to make sure you only just cover the bottom of the pan with the mixture, otherwise you’ll end up making them too thick (a bit like pancakes) and they’re much easier to assemble when thin. We like using the slow cooker to make meals when we have a busy day ahead, as it’s super easy to pop everything in, turn on and eat as soon as work’s finished.
What makes these vegan cookies even more apeeling is that they require no baking time, limiting the flop factor which can intimidate so many novice bakers. Smashed out in ten minutes and placed in the fridge until set, you can chill out at the same time, knowing they will turn out fab! No bake, no problem!

I will be honest, I've had my fair share of bread disasters. Probably in the high 20's by now. My bread maker was a gift from the heavens. However...something about making my own bread is just so satisfying. I feel like dancing around with butter dripping down my face and my slice of bread held high singing I maaade this baaaby!!!!!" This recipe is idiot proof, my wiener dog could probably figure it out...ok no. This bread is rustic looking and delicious!
Bibimbap is my all-time favorite Korean dish, I have no problem to make it and eat it everyday :) I made this recipe a few days ago, this time I added homemade bean sprouts as well, and served it with three different kinds of homemade kimchi (cucumber, daikon and cabbage kimchi) and a fried egg as always. Delicious, that's the only word I can say every time :)
