CUPS ML PEANUT BUTTER

CUP ML HONEY

TEASPOON ML VANILLA EXTRACT

CUP ML BROWN RICE FLOUR *
¾ 177
CUP ML BARLEY FLOUR *

Directions

Stir peanut butter, honey and vanilla together.

Mix rice and barley flour together and stir into mixture.

Roll into small balls.

On an oiled cookie sheet, flatten the balls out fairly thin.

Bake 7 to 8 minutes at 350℉ (180℃).

Let cool on the cookie sheet before removing.

Makes 2 dozen cookies.

These are not Gluten free because the contain Barley. Substitute lentil flour.
