Asian millet salad recipe has been quite popular, so decided to give it a try. Made my own version, and we absolutely enjoyed it. Here the recipe is.
The eggplant was seasoned with curry and chili powder, after roasting in the oven, it was full of flavor. I had lots of tomatoes, so I made a fresh salsa, also added some homemade chili sauce. The result was outstanding! Slightly spicy, mango added some fresh sweetness. Definitely a keeper!

Note from Julia: The following directions are for a hand-beaten sauce. Exactly the same system is followed for an electric beater. Use the large bowl, and the moderately fast speed for whipping cream. Continually push the sauce into the beater blades with a rubber scraper.
