"A tall, impressive cake that showcases the flavors and smells of the holidays. A three-layer extravaganza with a touch of molasses and shredded apple to keep it moist. It fills the house with a fragrance that beats the most expensive holiday-scented candle. It will be talked about long after the party is over." Source: The Pastry Queen Christmas, by Rebecca Rather
This cheesecake is amazingly chocolatey and delicious. It screams out the cherry flavour. Definitely worth the effort.
It is one of the best cookies I've ever baked, all my families enjoy them so much! This will certainly be a family favourite!
White-chocolate snowflakes balance gracefully on a delicate, lemony three-layer white cake filled with zesty lemon custard and covered with a white-chocolate frosting.
Cherry clafoutis is original from France, and it's usually made with unpitted cherries, which gives the clafoutis almond flavor during the baking. But nowadays we always pit the cherries in order to eat it easier later on, so you can add a little bit almond extract, which will definitely give your clafoutis almond taste without worrying about the pits from the cherries!

My son brought this recipe home from work one day some years ago and asked me to please make these cookies for him. His friend Brian had given him the recipe. Brian's mom had made the cookies and he would bring them in to work and give my son some. My son William said that they were so good that he wanted me to make some for him, so I made them and I loved them as well as my husband, my daughter, my sisters, and everyone else who ate them. Well, then my daughter's friends wanted me to make some cookies for them, so I just gave them the recipe and said go for it yourselves, they are so easy to make. I know you will love these cookies too because they are not the regular chocolate chip cookie variety. They melt in your mouth and you can't eat just one. Thank you to my son's friend Brian and Brian's mom for sharing this delicious recipe with me, wherever they may be.
Buttery and moist inside, chewy and slightly crispy outside. Shaved chocolate bars and chocolate chips make these cookies double chocolaty and delicious. After the first bite, you will fall in love with these yummy treats.
