1 lb Cooked Shrimp
1 C. Egg, Whisked
1 C. Coconut Flakes

1 C. Coconut Flakes

Directions

  1. Set up dipping station by putting two bowls side by side, the first with the whisked egg and the next with the shredded coconut flakes.
  2. Dip shrimp in egg and coat with coconut flakes before placing shrimp on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes, flipping half-way through to ensure coconut is toasted on both sides.
  4. Serve warm with dipping sauce of choice.
