Directions
- Set up dipping station by putting two bowls side by side, the first with the whisked egg and the next with the shredded coconut flakes.
- Dip shrimp in egg and coat with coconut flakes before placing shrimp on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 425F for 15 minutes, flipping half-way through to ensure coconut is toasted on both sides.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce of choice.
