1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach
1 (16oz) jar alfredo sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shreadded cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg lightly beaten
3/4 (16oz) package no boil lasagna
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Ingredients
sausage - 1 pound

1 (15 oz) ricotta cheese

Directions
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees In skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until brown. Drain, and mix in the spinach and alfredo sauce. Season with pepper. Continue cooking until soinach and sauce are heated through. In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, and egg. In 13 x 9 pan, layer ⅓ sausage mixture, ⅓ noodles, and ⅓ of the cheese mixture. Repeat layers twice, and top with mozzarella cheese. Cover, and bake 45 min. in oven. Let stand for 15 min.
