Quick Delicious Diet Food (Soya Bean Bhel)

Hi friends and the food lovers... I know how much idea of planning for a diet is pathetic but now diet is no longer a big task. You can now plan for your diet in a much easier and taster way. You would have to taste this delicious and healthy soya bean recipe to know how a simple soya bean recipe can be enriched with nutrients and fiber. Many people don't like soya bean but after trying this recipe people will fall in love with SOYA BEAN.

 

Ingredients

1 or 2 Handful of Soya bean granules
1-11/2 Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
1/2 Capsicum (optional)
1 Carrot (optional)
6 Mushrooms (optional)
Few pieces of cottage cheese or tofu (optional)
1 Green chilly
Coriander leafs
Lemon
Chat masala
Garam masala
Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Take the nutrilite soya bean granules in a vessel and put water (amount:- required for boiling) in the vessel and add little salt (to taste) to it. Put the vessel on flame and bring it to boil.

  2. After the soya bean is boiled properly, filter the extra water remaining in the vessel (don't filter the water which is soaked by soya bean) and keep the it aside.

  3. Chop tomatoes, onions, green chilly and other healthy and low caloric vegetables you want to use.

  4. If you are using mushrooms, capsicum and carrots then first boil them a little along with salt to taste.

  5. Cut few small pieces of cottage cheese or tofu according to your taste. (Ensure that the cottage cheese or tofu is soft and fresh)

  6. Take a utensil and mix boiled soya bean, pieces of cottage cheese or tofu, onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, green chilly and mushrooms. Then add a pinch of garam masala, chat masala, salt and lemon to taste. Mix it well.

  7. Then finally chop the coriander and garnish the soya bean bhel with coriander and your delicious diet food is ready within few minutes.
