Pear Granola Bars
Ingredients

rolled oats

Directions
- Heat the oven to 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4. Grease a 20 cm|8" square tin.
- Slice the peats and toss in the lemon juice. Set aside.
- Melt the butter, sugar and syrup together in a large pan over a low heat. Remove from the heat.
- Add the rolled oats, cinnamon and salt and stir well.
- Press half the mixture into the tin and smooth the top. Cover with the pear slices, then with the remaining oat mixture and press smooth. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
