Ingredients

1 tablespoon seasoning
Durkee pepper blend, undefined

3 tablespoons sugar
*
1 tablespoon salt
*
1 bunch cilantro
bunch

1 cup vinegar
*
7 cloves garlic
or, chopped
*
2 quarts tomatoes
chopped, 8 cups
*
1 quart onions
chopped, 4 cups
*
1 quart green bell peppers
chopped, 4 cups
*
4 hot chili peppers
up to 7, or to your own taste, chopped
*

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large Kettle and bring to boil for a few minutes. Add thickener to desired consistency. Process in water bath canner for 20 minutes.
