Ingredients

16 oz ground chicken
4 Tbs chicken, vegi stock or apple juice
1 tsp thyme, dried
12 tsp sage, dried
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Red pepper flakes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Divide into 16 portions and place on wax paper. Fold over wax paper and press into patties.
