It's a decadent cheesecake. Creamy, smooth, and rich.

Ingredients

Crust
1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs
crumbled

½ cup butter
3 tablespoons sugar
Filling
24 ounces cream cheese
softened
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
½ cup liqueur
coffee flavor, such as kahlua

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
¾ cup sour cream
3 tablespoons liqueur
coffee flavor, such as kahlua
whipped cream
for garnish

Directions

Mix crust mixture together and press into springform pan.

Cook for 5 minutes at 350℉ (180℃).

Let cool.

FILLING:

Mix together ingredients one step at a time with electric mixer.

Pour into pie crust.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 350℉ (180℃).

Leave in oven for 1 hour with oven door open.

Remove and refrigerate until cool.

Prepare glaze:

Make sure consistency can be poured easily.

Spread on top and refrigerate for 6 hours.

Serve with whipped cream.

Wow! This looks and sounds amazing!! I'm not a big fan of cheesecake but I would tear into this. Yum!!
