A delicious recipe made with ground pork and ground lamb that tastes wonderful in a pita bread.

Ingredients

1 pound pork
ground
1 pound lamb
ground
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper
freshly ground

6 garlic cloves
crushed

lemon juice
whole lemon

1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons ouzo

Directions

Mix and mold the meat on a metal skewer. Grill. Serve on pita bread, garnish with tzatziki, chopped tomatoes, sliced onions, some parsley, a sprinkling of oregano.
