Directions
Step 1: Wash curry leaves and dry it. Step 2: In a pan, fry Channa dal (1 Cup), Urad dal (1 Cup), pepper corns, dry chillies(6 to 8) Step 3: Add Curry leaves to pan and Sauté for 1 minute. Step 4: Grind the above ingredients with salt and very little tamarind to coarse powder. Curry leaves powder is ready to be served with Idlies, Dosas or even hot rice with ghee. hmmm........Yummy....
