Try this creamy quinoa pudding that’s made of soy milk, arrowroot flour and sesame butter. It’s creamy and very tasty.

rinsed

soy milk *

TEASPOON ML SEA SALT

TEASPOON ML TAHINI (SESAME PASTE)
sesame butter *

TABLESPOONS ML BARLEY MALT SYRUP
or honey *

TABLESPOONS ML ARROWROOT FLOUR
or kudzu, dissolved in 2 tablespoons of cold water

TABLESPOON ML VANILLA EXTRACT

TEASPOON ML NUTMEG
grated, or ground cinnamon

Directions

Put quinoa, soy milk and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add sesame butter and barley malt syrup.

Mix well.

Add arrowroot flour or kudzu, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

Add vanilla and spices.

Top with your choice of nuts or fruit.

Why is cold water listed as an ingredient when not part of the process? What's with kudzu?
