Cheese Filling for Danish Pastry
Easy to prepare sweet cheese filling that's prefect for Danishes.
Ingredients

cheese
baker's or pot |

3 | large |
eggs
|
|
4 | ounces |
raisins, seedless
otional |
|
8 | ounces |
sugar
|
|
1 | tablespoon |
lemon zest
grated |
Directions
Rub the cheese through a sieve.
Using the paddle attachment, cream the cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and lemon zest and mix in.
If desired, add in the raisins.
