Butterfish with Lemongrass


Add a new look to your dinners with this succulent dish that is perfect to serve when that special someone is coming over for dinner.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pounds butterfish
or other fillets
1 ½ tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemongrass
fresh, thin sliced
1 each jalapeño pepper
chopped, fresh
1 pinch sugar
½ cup water


Heat oil in frying pan on medium Add fish and then other ingred. Simmer uncovered 10 min, spooning pan juices over fish frequently.
