12 whole wheat hamburger buns
Lettuce
Tomato (thin slices)
Low Fat Mayo
1 lb ground chicken breast
1 Egg
Fresh Parsley (minced)
Fresh Garlic (minced)
Buffalo Seasoning
Bread Crumbs
Directions
Mix ground chicken with garlic, egg, parsley and buffalo seasoning. Make chicken in round patties. Cover them with bread crumbs and spray with cooking spray. Pre-heat oven at 350. Place chicken patties on a baking sheet and cook for 25 mins.
Put mayo on the wheat bun, place a chicken pattie, lettuce and tomato slice.
