Bacon Glazed Green Beans
Old fashioned bacon glazed green beans. It only take 3 ingredients to make this easy side dish.
cut in half
In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
Add beans, brown sugar and water.
Stir gently; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until beans are cooked to your liking (crisp yet tender is ours).
A grind of fresh ground black pepper just before serving works well, if desired.
