Asparagus, Cream Cheese & Olive Oil Pizza
Put shaved asparagus onto your pizza, sprinkle some flavored cream cheese over, with some good quality olive oil brushed over the pizza dough, the pizza comes out so yummy, the freshness, creaminess and the crunchiness are all in one bite!

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Stretch your pizza dough into a large circle 16 inches in diameter and arrange on your pizza pan or stone.
Brush dough with about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Place sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese in a single layer over dough.
Shave asparagus into ribbons with a vegetable peeler.
Place shaved asparagus over the mozzarella.
The asparagus will get thinner and smaller during baking in the oven.
Top asparagus with several some freshly ground black pepper and dot generously with cream cheese.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until crust turns into golden brown.
Allow to cool for a few minutes.
Slice and serve warm.
