| 3 | medium | nectarines | and, sliced |
| 1/3 | cup | water | |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
| 1 | cup | blueberries | or blackberries |
| 1 | cup | strawberries |
Place nectarines, water, sugar and lemon juice in blender or food processor, cover and blend on high speed, or process, until smooth.
Pour int loaf pan, 9 X 5 X 3 inches.
Cover and freeze about 2 hours or until almost firm.
Break nectarine mixture into chunks into bowl.
Beat on low speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into loaf pan.
Freeze about 4 hours or until almost firm.
Scoop nectarine mixture onto individual plates.
Arrange berries around mixture.
