| 1 1/2 | pounds | smoked turkey breast | skinned, cut into 2inch julienne |
| 1 1/2 | cups | sherry | mayonaise |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | |
| 3/4 | pound | jarlsberg cheese | julienne |
| 2 | cups | grapes | seedless, red or grn |
| 1 | cup | celery | chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | green peppercorns | water, packed, drained |
1. Combine turkey, Jarlsberg, grapes and celery in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the Sherry Mayonnaise and toss gently but well. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss again. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
3. Arrange the salad in serving portions and sprinkle with green peppercorns to taste. Cooked, lightly smoked ham or chicken may be substituted for turkey.

General:Parsley is the dried leaf of Petroselinum crispum, a biennial in the parsley family....
This casserole is wondermous!!! Not to greasy, not to runny, just right!! Very good and easy to make!!
