| 2 | packages | jello | orange |
| 2 | cups | water | hot |
| 1 | cup | water | cold |
| 1 | can | apricots | drained, save the juice |
| 1 | can | pineapple, canned | crushed, drained, save the juice |
| 1 | package | marshmallows | |
| 2 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 1 | each | egg | beaten |
| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |
| 1 | package | whipped topping, prepared | |
| 1 | x | longhorn cheese | grated |
Mix together jello, water, apricots and crushed pineapple.
When jello starts to set up, press one solid layer of small marshmallows over the top.
Mix together juice, flour, butter, egg, and sugar.
Cook this sauce until thick, stirring constantly.
This sticks easily.
Prepare cool whip and fold it into the sauce.
Put the sauce over the top of the marshmallows.
Sprinkle coarsely grated cheese on top, about 1/2 cup total.
Don't use too much cheese.
Chill before serving
