Directions

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, onion, radishes and parsley in a salad bowl.

Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and mint. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately with warm pita halves.
