| 1 | each | artichoke hearts | 14 oz can, drained and finely chopped |
| 2 | cups | mayonnaise | |
| 2 | cups | parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated | freshly grated |
| 1 1/2 | cups | crab meat | fresh, drained and picked through |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) | |
| 1/2 | cup | almonds | toasted |
| 1 | x | crackers | assorted |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Liberally grease a 1 1/2 quart glass baking dish.
Combine artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, cheese, crab meat, and tabasco sauce.
Mix well and spoon into the baking dish.
Top with almonds. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.
Serve on crackers.

Over all a good recipe. I only added 1 tsp. of salt. After it was done I think even less salt could have been used. I also added 1 tsp. of minced garlic.
