| 1/4 | cup | scallions, spring or green onions | sliced |
| 1/4 | cup | pimiento | chopped |
| 1 1/2 | cup | ham | cooked, cubed |
| 4 | large | eggs | hard-boiled and sliced |
| 4 | each | english muffins | split, toasted conventionally |
Blend flour, salt and pepper into mayonnaise; gradually add milk.
Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven until thickened 1 1/2 minutes; stir. Add cheese and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven until melted, approximately 1 1/2 more minutes.
Add onion, pimiento, ham and eggs. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Serve on muffins.
