| 1 | pound | ground beef | |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | sweet bell pepper | chopped |
| 1 | cup | celery | chopped |
| 1 | each | garlic | clove, minced |
| 1 | teaspoon | italian herb seasoning | |
| 1 | each | tomatoes | can, stewed |
| 1 | each | tomato paste | can |
| 1 | each | tomato sauce | large can |
| 1 | each | water | large can |
| 1 | each | spaghetti sauce seasoning | package |
Brown hamburger with onion, bell pepper and garlic. Drain well and put into crockpot with all other ingredients. Have crockpot on high until sauce comes to a boil and then turn it to low and simmer for 6 hours.
Serve hot over favorite noodles. Goes well with garlic bread, and a fresh salad.
