| 4 | each | chicken breasts | boneless skinless |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | |
| 1 | tablespoon | olive oil | |
| 3 | tablespoons | tequila | |
| 4 | each | garlic | cloves, chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | cilantro | chopped |
| 3 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | heavy whipping cream | |
| 1/4 | cup | chicken broth | |
| 1 | tablespoon | dijon mustard | |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce |
Assemble ingredients. Melt butter in large heavy skillet. Add olive oil and sauté breasts until just done, 2-3 minutes each side. Remove to warm plate. Deglaze pan with tequila (flaming to remove alcohol). Add garlic, scallions and cilantro and sauté briefly, then add broth, cream, mustard and worcestershire.
This is an AWESOME dish. The preparation and actual cook times are realtively short, the ingredients simple and inexpensive, and it never fails to impress my guests!

This recipe is great. I would suggest that melting the butter and marshmallows in the microwave instead. That way their is less clean up and you would be less likely to burn the two ingredients. Also, I suggest trying to add white chocolate chips to the recipe.
