Ingredients

1	package	yeast, active dry
3	cups	whole wheat flour
1/4	cup	wheat germ
1/4	cup	bran	toasted
1	tablespoon	vegetable oil
4	tablespoons	molasses
1 1/4	cups	beer	flat, warm
1	each	egg white

Directions

Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start".
